We loved the location of the hotel with its close proximity to shops and easy access to transportation, including the metro. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. We appreciated the efficient check-in process and the friendly staff who were always willing to assist.

Nothing not to love.

The place had a lovely atmosphere. The room was fashionable and tidy included a laptop safe, central heating and an electronic key card. The bed was comfy with hypoallergenic pillows. They had an easy check-in. Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient.

The property offers great prices. Hotel is chic and clean, has lovely stuff and cleanliness.

Great value for money with a modern and stylish room. The location was fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the trendy vibe and the surprise of a guitar amp in the room!

The breakfast could be improved with more variety.

We loved location and rooms, every detail was provided. There was a GOOD restaurant with delicious meals. It made our trip to Vienna a wonderful experience.

My room was actually very small.

Our hotel was in a prime location with everything nearby - public transport, shopping street, and even the train station. The room was spacious and modern, with unique additions like a Marshall amplifier and a tablet for your use. The bathroom was clean and had a great shower. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the free movies were a nice touch.

The air conditioning was not working during our stay, which made the room uncomfortably hot.

Everything was perfect, the parking was nearby, the room was contemporary.

We stayed at Ruby Marie for 3 nights to celebrate my daughter's Birthday. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. From the stylish and clean rooms with glass-walled bathrooms to the abundance of modern toiletries, we felt pampered throughout our stay. The free smartphone and tablet with unlimited internet and calls in the European Union were a huge bonus for navigating the city. We also loved the 24-hour bar with a terrace, the cinema hall, and the convenience of having a supermarket right under the hotel. The kind and attentive staff made us feel right at home. We can't wait to visit other Ruby hotels in different countries!

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The room was perfect, the breakfast was delicious, and the 24-hour bar was fantastic. A huge thank you to Altan and Hubert from the bar for their wonderful service and drinks. The beautiful garden terrace with its stunning view, the cozy bar with friendly and helpful staff, and the convenient automated check-in/check-out process all made my stay perfect. I can't thank them enough!
